POLOPAN SHIPPING POLICY
At PoloPan, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Please find our shipping policy details below:


ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
Standard Shipping:
We aim to process and ship all standard orders within 72 hours of purchase.
Hyperlocal Delivery: For hyperlocal delivery areas, we endeavour to ship orders within 4 hours of purchase.

SHIPPING TIME OPTIMIZATION
Our shipping times are optimized based on your delivery pin code and the location of our nearest warehouse that stocks the item(s) you ordered. This allows us to ensure timely delivery and minimize your waiting time.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
We will ship your order within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation via a successful payment. Typically, your shipment should be delivered within 3-5 days depending on your delivery pin code.

DELIVERY PARTNERS
We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your orders securely and on time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to offer competitive rates and, where possible, free shipping on certain items or order values.

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship to most locations within India. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of items at our nearest warehouse. For remote areas, please allow for additional shipping time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order status by logging into your PoloPan account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS
While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding in these cases and will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
